What is DAODISEO ?

DAODISEO is a public ledger where Real Estate Development projects run their Due Diligence Process & Digitize their Assets. The platform is secured and fully collateralized by Real Estate assets. 

We are building the platform upon peer-reviewed researches with Asset Owners & Building Information Modeling professionals to secure highest quality international standards. DAODISEO has an ethos of openness and transparency. All of the business research and technical specifications that underpin DAODISEO are public, and all DAODISEO development activity is made available to the members of the Community. DAODISEO is designed by a global team of experts for them self and for other open source RWA projects that want to leverage ODISEO Solution.


The DAODISEO roadmap is a summary of DAODISEO development, which has been organized into five eras. Each era is centered around a set of functionalities that will be delivered across multiple code releases.

While the eras of DAODISEO will be delivered sequentially, the work for each era happens in parallel, with research, prototyping, and development often in progress all at once across the different development streams.

The work of each era is gathered and presented on its dedicated page, representing years of effort. Here you will find an overview of the goals of the era, as well as descriptions of the core functional components, links to associated academic research, status updates, and even real-time code commits.



DAODISEO works with world-leading Consultants & Experts on fundamental research, which is subject to peer review and high-level design deliverables. The work on all major components and functional areas begins after high level plan is approved by DAO Governance. 


In collaboration with the research team, a technical prototyping team implement a design and approach described in the research. The objective is to quickly visualize results that DAO can further discuss while learning lessons about real-world technical and functional implementation issues, enabling the creation of technical specifications for building the actual product.


In collaboration with prototyping, technical specifications are created and published based on research and prototyping results, setting out expected functionality and behavior. These specifications ensure that the final code implementation is true to the original vision of the research, accomplishes the required functionality, and is technically feasible.


Our Consultants & Experts make great use of formal development methods and tools: business assessment, functional & technical design, rigorous techniques for testing that software works exactly as intended. 


We build upon Cosmos SDK stack of tools and programming languages when it come to blockchain. RWA transactions recorded on chain together with relevant BIM information is subsequently leveraged for machine learning on top of Falcon 180B LLM.
